Obituary for Ronald Gene Paul

Ronald Gene Paul passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday October 24th, 2017, he was 77. Ron was born in Painesville, Ohio to John and Lorraine Paul. After high school, he enlisted in the Army and served as part of the military police. After the military, he moved to Florida. He attended Indian River Community College (IRSC). He spent his life in Florida where he retired as a commercial truck driver.

Ron was married to Sheryl Ormond on January 20th, 1967 and they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They enjoyed many activities together with the family, which included camping, shooting, and hanging out with friends. He was an avid football fan following the Miami Dolphins and Cleveland Browns.

He is survived by his wife Sheryl, Children, John (Trish) Paul, Scott (Susan) Paul, Veronica (Jimmy) Paul; Brother, James Paul; 6 Grandchildren, Shea, Karisa, Autumn, Robert, Holly, Madisyn; 4 Great Grandchildren, Josiah, Tabare, O’Shea, and Leonidas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Terry Paul and John Paul.

A service with full military honors will be held at 9:30 a.m., December 2nd, 2017 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102 Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513
