Donald Thomas Venneman, age 73, son of the late Russel and Irene Venneman, passed away peacefully on February 4th, 2017, in West Palm Beach, FL.
Donald was born in Patterson, NJ and served in the army for 10 years. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. For the majority of his career, Donald was the Chief, Operations for the U.S. Amy Intelligence & Security Command at Fort Meade. He retired in 2009.
He was an avid music lover, spending hours listening to country music artists such as Eddie Arnold, as well as a variety of classical artists. His music collection exceeded 2000 CDs and musical DVDs.
He is survived by his wife, Marian Venneman; his Daughter, Lindsay Kelley and her husband Andrew Kelley; his granddaughter, Eleanor Kelley, age 8; his brother, Richard Venneman; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A private burial is scheduled at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL on February 8, 2017.
